International Wine Education Week
Finding the Perfect Wine & Food Pairing
Monday 11 September
To mark International Wine Education Week you can discover how to make the perfect wine and food pairing whilst tasting some great wines.
During this fun evening we’ll be looking at the science of taste and understand which are the challenging foods to pair. Also we'll be revealing which food elements will make an inexpensive impress your guests!
We’ll be looking at how the different components in foods to complement or even destroy a wine and discover how they change the way we taste a wine. From every day drinking wines to the more impressive we’ll enjoy tasting them and finding the perfect match to help ensure every meal is a superb experience. We'll be tasting 8 wines including fizz, white and red.
It’ll be a fun and interactive evening and be ready – this experience might change the way you consider which wine to choose forever! Come on your own or with a friend for a great evening. Tickets are just £25 each which includes some cheese and charcuterie nibbles after the tasting.

Wine Evenings at Le Di-Vin
These are fun and relaxed “help yourself” walkaround style tastings where we taste at least 20 wines, find out about them in a relaxed environment followed by a fun quiz and some nibbles and more wine. They're normally held following a trade event and are therefore a very special showcase of the subject.
Monday 30 September - Rias Baixas
Arguably Spain's favourite white wine region and the heartland of the fabulous Albarino. This is going to be a very special tasting. When we announced it to the trade it almost sold out in just a few days which just goes to show how popular these wines are. Don't miss it. Find out more & book here
Monday 7 October - Prosecco DOC - What's the Latest?
Come and meet the UK's Prosecco Guru and taste a large range of excellent quality Prosecco. Compare and contrast the different styles, whether it be the different levels of (residual) sugar or grape varieties and discover what the latest plans are for this popular fizz. Find out more and book here
