Harvey Nichols Edinburgh is delighted to announce a two new themed dinners in their Supper Club series.
AUGUST DINNER - NYETIMBER
Hosted by Nyetimber Brand Ambassador Steffan Griffiths, the evening will start off with a glass of Classic Cuvée and include four courses – all matched to sparkling wines – by Head Chef Robbie Meldrum and his team.
During the evening, Griffiths will talk through each pairing, discuss varieties and reveal the secrets behind great wines. Nyetimber was the first producer of English sparkling wine to grow the three celebrated grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
The brand is leading the way in UK winemaking, and its sparkling wines are considered among the best in the world.

Tickets are £80 per person, which includes a glass of Nyetimber Classic Cuvée on arrival followed by four courses matched with Nyetimber sparkling wines.
SEPTEMBER DINNER - DAFFYS GIN
For the September dinner, the Forth Floor has partnered with local distillery, Daffy’s Gin, to create a delectable dinner of four bespoke courses, each featuring the finest Scottish ingredients.
On arrival, customers will receive a refreshing Daffy’s G&T before indulging in dinner. Each course will be expertly paired with a Daffy’s gin cocktail, showcasing a diverse range of innovative and flavoursome libations.
The delicious dinner will be hosted by the Daffy’s Gin team who will introduce each drink and be on hand to answer any questions.
