Restoration Yard Dalkeith Welcomes Mimi's Bakehouse to The Coffee Bar!

Calling all cake lovers! Restoration Yard is thrilled to announce a delicious new addition to The Coffee Bar offering. The talented team at Restoration Yard have joined forces with none other than Mimi’s Bakehouse to bring visitors and cake lovers alike a truly scrumptious selection of cakes and bakes. And the cherry on top, Restoration Yard is now the exclusive destination in Midlothian to offer Mimi’s Bakehouse goodies.

This exciting collaboration will see the delicious Coffee Bar offering enhanced with the addition of cupcakes, cookies, biscuits, brownies and more seasonal treats from Mimi’s Bakehouse.

New to the cake stands: our very own RY pink elephant cupcake! Following vigorous testing and tasting a not so tiny bite of happiness was created. With a strawberry base, strawberry buttercream and filled with a burst of strawberry cream, it’s the ultimate ode to springtime flavours.

Mimi's Bakehouse shares in the excitement of this collaboration. "Teaming up with Restoration Yard allows us to reach a wider audience and share our passion for baking with even more people," says Ashley Harley, Chief of Operations at Mimi's Bakehouse. "We're delighted to contribute our expertise to The Coffee Bar's offering and look forward to delighting customers with our delicious creations."
