Bross Bagels have been operational in Edinburgh for a few years now and since the opening of the first shop in Portobello, Laura Bross aka Mama Bross, has expanded in Edinburgh and recently opened her 4th shop in Bruntsfield.
Bross Bagels has opened on Bruntsfield Road, with all the eclectic and exciting mix of hot bagels, vegan, breakfast and pizza bagel offerings, a little bit of Canada has arrived in the posh end of Edinburgh!
FROM SUBWAY TO METRO
With decor inspired by Montreal’s beautiful Metro system, and a menu immersed in the sounds and flavours of Quebec, they are excited to be sprinkling a little magic into the lunch time routine of Bruntsfield, Morningside and Marchmont.
