REVIEW OF SWALEDALE BUTCHERS STEAK BOX

Established in 2008 they work with a close knit network of around 30 small, family-run farms and smallholdings dotted around the Yorkshire Dales.

To maximise flavour the fabulous tasting beef is dry-aged on the bone for a minimum of 28 days in their Himalayan Salt Ageing Chamber.

Their meat is freshly prepared, never frozen and delivered the next day. I tried out their steak box which was well pack and insulated with frozen ice packs to keep it at maximum quality. All steaks are vacuumed sealed too.
